About Bobby Khan

A journey of resilience, redemption, and determination.

Why I'm Running

I’m running for Congress because I’ve seen firsthand the flaws in our systems—justice, healthcare, housing, and education—and I want to make a difference. I want to fight for justice reform, support veterans and their families, bring affordable housing solutions to Nevada, and create opportunities for future generations.

My journey isn’t perfect, but neither is America. Together, we can work to create a country that values fairness, second chances, and opportunity for all.

I’m Bobby Khan

Im not a politician—Im a fighter.

I wasnt born into wealth, and I didnt have anything handed to me. Im the son of immigrants who came to this country with nothing but a dream—to give their kids a better life than the one they left behind. My father worked his ass off to build businesses from nothing so he could give us a comfortable middle-class life. But he also made sure I knew nothing in life comes easy.

At 12 years old, my father put me to work in one of his restaurants. That was the best thing he ever did for me. I didnt get to sit around playing video games or hanging out after school—I was working behind the counter, dealing with customers, running the register, and learning how to manage employees. I saw firsthand how hard it is to build something for yourself in this country. I saw how banks, landlords, and red tape made life harder for business owners. I saw people struggle to put food on their tables and employees living paycheck to paycheck. That experience shaped me. It taught me that nobody gives you anything—you take whats yours. You fight for what you want.

I started college planning to become a corporate attorney, but I lasted a month. Sitting in a classroom for six years to start my life in my mid-twenties? Not for me. So I dropped out and got into the car business. Within a year, I became a sales manager. By my early 20s, I was the general sales manager of a Porsche and Mercedes-Benz dealership. But I wasnt built to work for someone else. I wanted more.

So I bet on myself.

I started my own business, buying and selling exotic and hypercars all over the world. My clients? Wall Street executives, Hollywood celebrities, even royalty. By 28 years old, I secured the Zenvo franchise, selling the most expensive car in the world at that time.

I was living the American Dream. Then I learned how fast the government can take it all away.

At 24 years old, I was falsely accused of a crime—both state and federal charges. I had never been in trouble before, but I was thrown into a system that doesnt care about truth—it cares about wins. After 11 months in jail, I went to trial, and a jury saw through the governments lies. I was found not guilty on all charges.

That experience opened my eyes to the unchecked power of the DOJ, the corruption in our justice system, and how quickly they can destroy someones life. But instead of being bitter, I got back up and rebuilt everything from scratch.

I got married, had kids, and built another successful business. I expanded my company into a retail dealership, and I was thriving again.

Then, in 2013, my wife and I lost our son. That broke me. I checked out mentally, and during that time, I put my trust in the wrong person to run my business. That mistake cost me everything.

A trusted associate ran my business into the ground, leaving me responsible for millions in losses. I did everything I could to clean up the mess, but that wasnt enough for the DOJ.

Instead of allowing me to fix what was a civil business dispute, the government saw another opportunity to take me down. I had celebrity clients, a flashy lifestyle, a high-profile business—and they wanted to make an example out of me.

The DOJ came after me with criminal charges—again.

But this time, I knew how the system worked. I knew that once they decide they want you, the truth doesnt matter.

And when a judge asked me for a bribe, I realized there was no way Id get a fair trial.

So I made the decision to leave the country.

Thats when the government put me on the FBIs Most Wanted List—all over a $865,000 bank debt. And that bank? They were laundering money for drug cartels, but they never got charged.

For five years, I fought my case from Dubai. I went public, exposed corruption in the system, called out the incompetence of federal prosecutors, and showed the world how the DOJ picks and chooses who they destroy.

I attempted to surrender 27 times—but every time, the DOJ stalled, ignored me, or refused.

So I forced their hand. I stormed into an embassy and made the FBI arrest me.

They threw me into one of the worst jails in America—on 21-hour-a-day lockdown. No real access to my lawyer. No bail. They told me Id sit there for two years waiting for trial—unless I pled guilty.

After eight months in custody, the government made me an offer: Plead guilty to one count of wire fraud, theyll drop the other four indictments, and I could go home. Due to the fact that my wife was struggling to take care of our kids I took the deal.

Then, for three years, they kept me on house arrest with an ankle monitor, unable to work or support my family. After all that, a judge looked me in the eye and said, You need to be taught a lesson, sentencing me to two years in prison.

Thats when I made a decision.

I wasnt going to be like all the others they beat down and throw away.

I wasnt going to let them win.

Instead, I was going to fight for Americans—so that no one else has to go through what I did.

I started looking at the real struggles of Americans—and I found solutions. I focused on Nevadans—their housing crisis, their economy, their small businesses, their veterans, their families trapped in the justice system.

I realized that unlike career politicians who are controlled by special interests, Im my own man. No one owns me. No one tells me what to say. No one buys my loyalty.

Ive been threatened, sued, arrested, hunted by the FBI. You think corrupt politicians and the media scare me? Not a chance.

Im running for Congress to shake up the system. Im running because this country is broken, and we need real fighters to fix it.

Unlike the politicians who hide behind polished speeches and fake smiles, Im an open book. I embrace my past because it made me who I am today.

I may be blunt, brash, and politically incorrect. But Im not here to kiss asses, make friends, or play nice with the establishment. Im here to fight for the people of Nevada.

You dont have to like how I talk, how I dress, or my attitude. But you will respect my fight—because its for you.

This isnt just a campaign—its a movement.

Nevada, lets take our power back.
